Make each campaign count
An ad needs a relevant landing page and an office ready to respond. We review both before recommending more spend.
Campaigns follow your priority services, geographic reach and appointment capacity.
Explore the workSearch campaigns connect with active queries. Social creative introduces appropriate services to a local audience.
Focused landing pages match the campaign, explain the offer and make it easy to contact your office.
Configured follow-up helps your team handle inquiries and record available appointment outcomes.
Campaign eligibility, audiences and measurement depend on your specialty, platform policies and the data you are permitted to use.
We organize relevant treatment and location searches, write clear ads and refine keywords, exclusions and budgets as the account develops. The goal is useful interest in services your practice actually provides.
We develop creative around your services, team and patient experience. Audience choices, images and wording are reviewed for the specialty and placement before campaigns are submitted to Meta.
Each campaign needs a relevant destination. We connect the message in the ad with useful service information, credible practice details and a simple contact or booking path.
Where your systems support it, we connect inquiries with appointment status inside your reporting workflow. We separate internal booking measurement from any data proposed for advertising platforms.

A better campaign destination
Keep the ad and page aligned around the same service, location and offer. Avoid broad promises that the page cannot explain.
Introduce the providers, relevant experience and real office information. Clinical claims and treatment details stay subject to your care team’s review.
Use clear calls to action, accessible mobile layouts and a contact path that reaches the right team. Explain what happens after an inquiry.
Route inquiries to the configured workflow, set response responsibilities and review appointment outcomes where reliable data is available.

We recommend starting from treatment priorities, local competition and appointment capacity. Our usual starting recommendation is $1,500 per month per campaign, reviewed for your scope. It is our planning recommendation, not a platform minimum or a guarantee of results.
Timing depends on account access, the landing page, tracking review, creative approval and platform review. We agree a launch plan with you. Lead volume and appointment outcomes cannot be guaranteed by a particular date.
Your practice does. We work through the manager access you authorize. Ad spend is billed directly by the platforms, separate from our management fee, and account handover is covered in your agreement.
The reason may involve campaign relevance, expectations, appointment availability, cost or follow-up. We review the whole path and available outcomes with your team before changing the campaign.
Only after reviewing the proposed data flow, platform restrictions and your practice’s privacy requirements. Internal booking reporting is separate from sending events to advertising platforms. Booking-based tracking does not automatically make a disclosure appropriate.
Retargeting is not a default promise for healthcare campaigns. Sensitive-category rules can restrict audiences, and the information disclosed by tracking must also be reviewed. We use only approaches appropriate to the service, platform and approved data flow.
