Getting Started
What does a medical marketing agency do for a private practice?
A medical marketing agency helps prospective patients discover your practice, understand its services and take the next step toward an appointment.
At Brand Lift 360, that can include search visibility, advertising, website design, inquiry follow-up and performance reporting. We coordinate the services in your plan around your priorities and appointment process.
Which specialties do you work with?
We are best suited to private medical and aesthetic practices with 1–5 providers, 1–5 locations and a monthly advertising budget of $1,500–$10,000.
We handle most small private medical and aesthetic practices across specialties. Our highlighted specialties reflect case-study experience, not a restriction on who we serve. We may also help other service-based businesses when our experience and the scope fit. Explore the specialties we help.
Do you work with practices outside Roseville?
Our focus is Greater Sacramento, including Roseville, Sacramento, Rocklin, Folsom and Granite Bay. We may accept selected clients elsewhere in the United States when the scope, fit and capacity allow.
Our case examples include practices in New Jersey, Colorado, Michigan and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Do you work with multi-location practices?
Yes. We agree on the offices, eligible local profiles, location pages, inquiry routing and reporting included in the scope. Each office’s actual services and availability should be represented accurately.
I’ve worked with agencies before and it didn’t work. Why would this be different?
If you are comparing a generalist agency, an in-house hire or doing the work yourself, the useful question is who will own strategy, implementation and the connection to appointments. Our managed plans coordinate that work; mentorship supports teams that want to keep implementation in house.
You work directly with the founders and agree on responsibilities, reporting and ownership before starting.
We show the work completed, the outcomes your systems can measure and the changes we recommend. We also identify limits such as appointment capacity or slow inquiry response.
Pricing & Scope
How much does marketing cost?
Your scope, services and number of locations determine the right plan. Our pricing page explains the published options and what is included. We agree on the scope and budget before work begins. View plans and pricing.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Managed marketing packages include website design and require a 12-month term. If you use an existing site, we assess it and discuss the term. Standalone services have separate agreements. See pricing and terms →
Is advertising spend included in the management fee?
Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta, without a markup. We discuss campaign budgets alongside management and any setup costs.
Is website design included?
Website design, with SEO and AEO foundations, is included within the scope of the selected marketing package. Standalone SEO- and AEO-optimized websites start at $2,500 without a marketing-package contract. Explore website design.
Can you work with our existing website?
We assess the existing site and discuss the work it needs, supported technology and appropriate terms. Your agreement defines the scope.
What is the AI Voice Starter price?
AI Voice Starter is $499 per month, per location, with no setup fee. We confirm included usage and integration options before activation. Review the current plan details.
Services & Results
How long does it take to see results from practice marketing?
Advertising can begin generating inquiries once campaigns are approved and running. Our planning targets are often about two weeks for campaign setup and four to six weeks for a website, depending on scope and approvals.
During the first 90 days, we assess campaign performance, inquiry quality and the booking process. SEO and AI search visibility develop over time and vary with your starting point, services and competition.
We do not promise a fixed number of patients or a guaranteed search position by a particular date.
What is the difference between SEO and AI search visibility?
SEO helps search engines find and understand useful website content. AI search visibility work improves the clarity, accessibility and consistency of practice information for AI-powered search experiences. We document selected search results and appearances; rankings and citations are not guaranteed. Explore AI search visibility.
How do you measure whether marketing is working?
We distinguish inquiries, qualified leads, bookings and attended visits wherever reliable data supports those measures. We review the sources, costs and follow-up process, with unknown attribution and data limitations visible.
Can you guarantee patient bookings or AI recommendations?
No. Results depend on your market, services, capacity, content, competition and the platforms involved. We agree on the work and useful measures, then use the available evidence to decide what to improve.
Do you manage Google Business Profiles and reviews?
Yes. We review eligible profiles, practice details, categories and local information. Reputation work can include fair review requests, monitoring and public response guidance. Google Business Profile · Reputation management
What if it isn’t working?
We look for the point where performance falls short: search visibility, inquiry quality, staff response or booking.
Then we agree on the change to test and the measure used to assess it. Your signed agreement governs billing and cancellation.
Software & Follow-Up
What does your practice software support?
Depending on the selected plan and supported connections, it can bring together calls, texts, AI chat, appointment requests, reminders, reviews and staff communication. We confirm the features and workflows included before setup. Explore practice software.
Will it integrate with our CRM or EMR?
We review the exact system, version and functions you need. Appointment requests, direct booking, reminders and data syncing are different capabilities. Supported connections are documented before commitment.
Can AI book directly into our schedule?
That depends on the scheduling system and confirmed integration. When direct booking is supported, we configure it around your office rules. Otherwise, an appointment request can be routed to staff for confirmation.
Does AI replace our front desk or clinical team?
It supports agreed administrative tasks such as answering routine practice questions, acknowledging inquiries and sending reminders. Clinical questions, urgent concerns and care decisions follow your designated human process.
Can we set the reminder and follow-up timing?
Yes. We configure supported administrative reminders and consent-based follow-up around the timing, permissions and rules your practice approves. Your clinicians determine treatment-related follow-up.
Ownership, Privacy & Working Together
Do I own my ad accounts, website and data?
Yes. Your advertising accounts, Google Business Profile, website, practice content and business data remain yours.
We explain administrative access, CRM export options and handoff arrangements before work begins. Third-party software, hosting and licensed assets remain subject to their respective terms.
Will you work with a competing practice in my area?
We take one practice per specialty within the geographic area agreed for the engagement.
Ask about availability on your call. We define the specialty and territory before work begins.
Who will we work with?
Jenn and Danzell lead the strategy and review milestones directly, with implementation specialists supporting design, campaigns and technical work. Responsibilities and points of contact are agreed before starting.
Is my marketing HIPAA compliant?
We use KloudMD’s HIPAA-compliant platform for patient communication and follow-up, with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) provided for the covered services. We configure access, data flows and staff procedures for your practice before use. Clinical decisions remain with your care team.
We confirm the covered services, vendor coverage, access controls and staff responsibilities before activating patient-information workflows.
Our free Practice Growth Review checks public information; it is not a HIPAA compliance assessment.
Who approves clinical content and patient images?
Your practice verifies credentials, services, clinical claims and patient permissions before publication. We organize and present the content; clinical accuracy and care decisions remain with your practice.
Free Practice Growth Review
What does the free review include?
We review one practice and up to two services and two markets. You receive screenshots from selected public Google, Google Maps and AI search checks, a comparison with up to three relevant competitors, a review of your booking path on desktop and mobile and a practical action plan. Your team can use the plan, or we can help implement it.
Do you need access to our accounts?
No. We use publicly available information. You do not need to share passwords, advertising accounts, analytics access or patient information.
Do I have to book a call to get my review?
No. We email the review whether or not you schedule a call. If you would like to discuss it, you can book an optional 15-minute call with Jenn or Danzell.
When will I receive it?
We will email your review within two business days of your request. If your services or markets need clarification, we will contact you using the email you provide.
What happens after I receive the review?
The three priorities are yours to use with your team or current marketing partner. You can also ask us about helping with the work. There is no obligation to hire Brand Lift 360.
