Your Time and Responsibilities

During setup, your team shares access, confirms practice information and approves content. After launch, you provide updates and approvals and join performance reviews. We agree on those responsibilities before starting.

Direct Access to the Founders

Jenn and Danzell lead strategy and performance reviews, supported by specialists in design, development, advertising and SEO. We meet every two weeks during onboarding and agree the ongoing review schedule. You can call, text or email; we respond within four business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific.

Reporting That Helps You Make Decisions

From inquiry to appointment

Your dashboard and monthly review use the data your systems can reliably provide:

Qualified inquiries and booked appointments by known source

Campaign spend and cost per attributed booking

Dated examples of local and AI search visibility

Missed calls, response times and follow-up outcomes

The next changes and the evidence behind them

Contract and Scope

Managed marketing packages include website design with SEO and AEO foundations and require a 12-month term. If you use your existing website, we assess its suitability and discuss the term. Standalone services have separate scopes and agreements. Review pricing and terms ↗

A contact channel and an acquisition source are not always the same. We show missing or uncertain attribution rather than count every inquiry as a new patient.

Your Accounts and Data Stay Yours

Your advertising accounts, Google Business Profile, website, owned content and business data remain yours. Your agreement explains CRM exports, third-party licenses and any subscriptions needed after handover.

Questions About Managed Medical Marketing

Clear answers to help you decide.

View Plans and Pricing
Will you work with my competitors?

No. While we manage your marketing, we won't manage it for another practice in your specialty that's chasing the same patients in your area.

How fast will I see results?

We typically plan about two weeks for initial campaign setup and four to six weeks for a website, subject to scope, access and approvals. The first 90 days are for testing and improvement; appointment volume and search positions are not guaranteed.

Do I need a new website?

Website design is included in managed plans. We review your existing site before recommending improvements or a rebuild.

Can my team still be involved?

Yes. Many practices pair managed marketing with mentorship for their staff. See Learn It →
