Brand Lift 360
Terms & Conditions
Updated October 19, 2026
Using This Website
These terms apply to the Brand Lift 360 website and its informational resources. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, seek unauthorized access or misuse information obtained through it.
Starting Paid Work
An audit request or discovery call does not purchase a service. Paid work begins under a separate agreement specifying deliverables, fees, media budget, term, cancellation and handover. That agreement controls the engagement if its provisions differ from general website information.
Results and Examples
Case studies describe specific observations or reported outcomes. They are not forecasts for another practice. Search appearances, platform approvals, inquiry volume, appointments and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Examples labeled illustrative are demonstrations, not client results.
Content and Software Ownership
Website materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Permission is required for reuse beyond rights provided by law. KloudMD owns the KloudMD software; Brand Lift 360 provides the agreed configuration and management services. Your business-data rights and software subscriptions are addressed in the relevant agreements.
External Services and Access
Booking tools and other linked services have separate terms. Protect any credentials you receive and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Platform availability and third-party changes may affect features or integrations.
Information and Limitations
Website information is general business information, not clinical, legal or financial advice. We aim for accuracy but may correct or update it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website materials are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and Revisions
Contact support@brandlift360.com or (916) 597-0086. Revised terms will be posted with an updated date; signed service agreements remain governed by their own amendment provisions.
