A plan for what is changing

Plan for the Services You Are Ready to Deliver

A go-to-market strategy sets out whom you need to reach, why they should consider your practice and how they can request an appointment.

We review your market, provider availability and appointment capacity before recommending channels or spend.

You work directly with Jenn Nunsuch and Danzell Nunsuch, with implementation specialists involved where the scope calls for them.

Your Launch Deliverables

Agree the scope before kickoff: a launch brief, service priorities, messaging, channel and budget plan, implementation checklist and measurement plan.

01

Audience & market priorities

We review relevant treatment searches, competing providers, geographic reach and the inquiry or appointment data available. The plan identifies the audiences worth considering and assumptions to test.

Provider availability and appointment capacity
  • Market research
  • Audience priorities
  • Assumptions to test
02

Positioning & the patient pathway

Clarify what you offer, who provides it and the reasons someone might choose your practice. We connect that message with treatment information, practical visit details and the route to an appointment.

Qualifications, location and appropriate payment guidance
  • Messaging framework
  • Service priorities

03

Channel, content & budget plan

We plan an appropriate combination of search, local presence, advertising and relevant outreach. Website, provider and location content support the campaign, with one-time launch work separated from ongoing management and media spend.

04

Launch readiness & the scorecard

The implementation checklist names owners and dependencies. We review inquiry handling, staff responsibilities and the measures available for the first 90 days, then identify what should expand, change or pause.

Assign a decision, owner and next step

Connect market research, positioning, channel selection and launch preparation so your team knows what must happen before opening.

The scope is tailored to your launch. This framework illustrates the planning process.

01 / Know your market

Define the opportunity.

02 / Shape your message

Give the launch a clear identity.

03 / Choose channels and prepare

Connect discovery with response.

04 / Measure and refine

Make the next decision with context.

Preparation and the first 90 days

Before Launch and the First 90 Days

Work backward from the launch date. After opening, review inquiry quality, response and appointments before expanding the campaign.

Make the pathway ready

Confirm the priority service, content, profile eligibility, campaign materials and operational dependencies. Test phone routing, forms and responsibility for follow-up.

Measure Inquiries, Bookings and Attended Visits

These are different stages. We define each measure and connect it to the source data your systems can reliably provide.

If inquiries rise but attended consultations do not, the next step may involve response, availability or reminders. Your team retains decisions about clinical suitability.

Launch Strategy Questions

Ask us about your practice
Is go-to-market strategy included in the marketing packages?

The dedicated GTM strategy engagement described here is available à la carte. We agree its deliverables and fee separately. Ongoing marketing packages have their own planning and implementation scope. View plans and pricing →

Is GTM only for a brand-new practice?

No. It can support an additional location, a new provider, a treatment launch or a change in an established practice’s positioning. We begin with a specific business objective.

What do we receive?

The agreed scope can include a launch brief, audience and service priorities, positioning and messaging, a channel and budget plan, an implementation checklist with owners and dependencies, and a scorecard. We confirm the deliverables before kickoff.

When should we start?

Start when the service, location or expansion goal is concrete enough to evaluate. We work backward from the target date and identify the tasks that depend on practice readiness and approvals.

What does our team need to provide?

Your target date, services, provider information, appointment capacity and appropriate payment or insurance details. Existing practices can also bring relevant website, advertising and inquiry data. Choose an approval coordinator and a clinical reviewer.

Can a Google Business Profile appear before opening?

Google says that after the opening date is entered and the business is verified, a profile can appear 90 days before opening. Eligibility and accurate representation still apply. We plan around the requirements for your location.

Do we need a new website?

Not always. An existing site may support new provider information, location pages, treatment content or a clearer appointment path. We assess what it can do before recommending a rebuild.

Can you help execute the strategy?

Yes. We can define implementation through a managed marketing scope or provide à la carte consulting and mentorship while your team executes. Production, campaigns, software and advertising spend are confirmed separately.

How much should we budget?

Separate one-time launch work, ongoing management and advertising spend. Start with the services and capacity you can support and assumptions you can test. We clarify the proposed engagement and costs on your call.

Can you guarantee a full schedule?

No. Demand, competition, availability, follow-up and individual decisions affect the outcome. We build a measurable plan and adjust the work using the evidence your systems reliably provide.
